We’re looking for an Assistant Controller to be the right hand of our VP Finance. You’ll run the day-to-day finance operations of a fast-growing company: month-end close, expense control, collections and vendor payments. You’ll also use AI tools to build and automate the processes around them. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, where your work directly shapes how the business runs and your path toward Controller is built into the job.
What you'll do
Support and run the month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations and accruals.
Control expenses, monitor actuals against budget and flag deviations early.
Track open invoices, follow up with customers and report aging.
