A leading technology company is looking for a Hardware Team Lead to lead the development of advanced power and energy products from architecture through production.
The company develops and manufactures complex electrical and electronic systems for advanced power applications. This is a highly hands-on leadership role, combining management of a team of four hardware engineers with broad technical ownership across architecture, analog and digital design, bring-up, integration, validation, and manufacturing readiness.
The role is approximately 90% hands-on and includes close collaboration with Firmware, Software, QA, Product, suppliers, subcontractors, and manufacturing teams.
What you'll do
Manage and professionally lead a team of Analog and Digital Hardware Engineers.
Lead hardware architecture and development of complex electronic boards and systems.
Design analog circuits, including sensing, ADCs, power, and fast-sampling circuits.
