You’ll join Classiq as a Tech Lead, where you’ll guide teams and projects, be hands-on with strong Python skills. You’ll write code, set technical direction, coach engineers, and maintain our high standards. Your focus is simple: help the team ship reliable software faster and with fewer surprises.
What you'll do
Write and review production code—mainly in Python, with some TypeScript—aiming for clarity, performance, and maintainability.
Lead design work: define architecture, make trade-offs, and drive projects from proposal to production.
Mentor engineers through design reviews, code reviews, and pair programming; share best practices openly.
