A leading organization is looking for a Full Stack Development Team Lead to lead the development of complex Web and Mobile applications in a .NET, React, and React Native environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role combining team management, architecture, and end-to-end development ownership, working closely with Product, Design, and QA teams.
What you'll do
Lead and mentor a Full Stack development team in an Agile/Scrum environment
Lead end-to-end development of complex Web and Mobile applications
Develop solutions using React Native, React, .NET Core, and C#
Design Microservices, REST APIs, and Web/Mobile architectures
Lead Code Reviews, Design Reviews, and engineering best practices
Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA teams and solve complex technical challenges
Requirements
6+ years of experience developing complex Web and Mobile applications – required
3+ years of experience leading development teams in Agile/Scrum environments – required
3+ years of hands-on React Native development – required
Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET / Web API, .NET Core, and React
Experience with Microservices and REST APIs
Experience with Azure DevOps, Azure, and CI/CD
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
Experience designing Web and Mobile architectures
Strong technical leadership and problem-solving capabilities
Relevant academic, professional technology training, Practical Engineering, or technological military background according to the position requirements
Nice to have
Experience with WebSockets, software testing processes, AI/LLM integrations, or Prompt Engineering.
