What You Will Be Doing:
Design and implement comprehensive HR infrastructure and processes to support ScaleOps' growth trajectory
Lead strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, and development initiatives
Build and scale robust compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent
Develop and execute employee engagement strategies and cultural initiatives
Create and implement performance management systems and career development frameworks
Partner with leadership team on organizational design and change management
Establish HR metrics and analytics to drive data-based decision-making
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions
Design and implement DEI initiatives that foster an inclusive workplace
Manage employee relations and maintain a positive work environment
Build and lead the HR team, including recruitment, talent, and operations functions
Requirements
What You Bring Along:
8+ years of progressive HR experience, with 3+ years in senior leadership roles
Proven track record of building HR functions in high-growth technology companies
Experience scaling organizations from early stage to growth stage
Strong understanding of global HR practices and employment laws
Track record of implementing successful talent acquisition and retention strategies
Experience with HR technology selection and implementation
Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to HR
Outstanding leadership, inter-personal and communication abilities
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; relevant HR certifications are a plus

* Experience in technology/SaaS companies, particularly in the DevOps/Cloud space
* Track record of building HR operations in Israeli tech companies
* Experience with global workforce management and remote teams
* Success in building company culture during rapid growth phases
* Knowledge of Israeli employment law and HR practices
* Experience with M&A or due diligence processes
* MBA or advanced degree in a related field
