About the RoleKIMA Dynamics is a new technology company in the field of autonomous systems and robotics. We are looking for talented engineers to join our initial R&D team.
We are looking for outstanding, curious, creative, and highly motivated people who want to be part of a small team building new technologies and systems from the ground up.
This role is especially suited for engineers who enjoy tackling complex, open-ended problems, developing solutions independently, experimenting, learning quickly — and most importantly, turning ideas into working systems.
What You’ll DoWork end-to-end on autonomous and robotic systems — from problem definition and concept development, through algorithm and software development, hardware selection and integration, simulation and testing, to integration and validation of complete working systems.
The work combines practical R&D, engineering problem-solving, hands-on hardware and software integration, and experimentation with new technologies.
As part of a small initial team, each engineer will have significant responsibility and influence on both the product and the technological direction of the company.
What We’re Looking For• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering / Robotics, or another relevant engineering field.
• Strong system-level orientation and ability to integrate hardware and software — including selection, integration, and operation of sensors, edge processors, communication components, and robotic systems.
• Hands-on engineering mindset and willingness to work directly with hardware, sensors, and experimental systems.
• Good programming skills, preferably in Python and/or C++.
• Ability to effectively use modern AI tools as part of the engineering and development process — for coding, problem analysis, research, testing, and documentation.
• Good foundation in algorithms, mathematics, and problem-solving.
• Strong ability to learn independently and explore new technologies.
• Initiative, creativity, and the ability to tackle problems without predefined solutions.
• Ability to take an idea or engineering problem from initial thinking and solution definition through implementation, testing, and system integration.
• Ability to work effectively in a small, dynamic team.
ExperiencePrevious industry experience is not required.
We especially welcome applications from outstanding recent graduates with strong technical capabilities, curiosity, initiative, and a desire to build, experiment, and take ownership.
