What you'll do
Own end-to-end recruitment with a strong focus on R&D hiring.
Partner closely with hiring managers and lead stakeholder management.
Conduct HR interviews, negotiate and deliver offer contracts.
Manage the candidate experience through to seamless onboarding.
What we’re looking for:
5+ years of tech recruitment experience in product companies (startup experience — major advantage!).
Deep hands-on experience recruiting for R&D roles.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
