Senior Sales Manager, Financial Institutions | CRYMBO

Sell digital asset infrastructure to banks and tier-1 financial institutions.Location: Tel Aviv (hybrid), with regular international travel About CRYMBOCRYMBO is the financial infrastructure layer that lets banks, EMIs, PSPs and other regulated institutions launch digital asset services through a single integration, under their own license and brand. Our platform covers custody, stablecoins, payments, trading, liquidity and settlement, with compliance enforced before every transaction. We are live, processing real volume, and demand is moving quickly up-market to tier-1 banks and major payment players. The RoleWe are looking for a senior enterprise salesperson who has sold crypto or digital asset solutions to banks and large financial institutions. You know how these institutions buy: long cycles, vendor due diligence, InfoSec and compliance reviews, procurement and committee approvals. You will own our most strategic deals, from the first meeting to the signed contract. This is not a high-volume or transactional sales role. We value depth, credibility with senior bankers and the patience to run a 9 to 18 month sales cycle over activity metrics. What You'll Do• Open and lead strategic opportunities with tier-1 and tier-2 banks, large PSPs, EMIs and other financial institutions. • Run complex enterprise deals end to end: discovery, solution design with our Product team, RFPs, vendor due diligence, commercial negotiation and contract. • Map and win over the full buying committee: Heads of Digital Assets, Payments and Innovation, as well as Compliance, Risk, InfoSec, IT, Legal and Procurement. • Build senior relationships through your existing network and at key industry events. • Keep an accurate pipeline and forecast, and work directly with our CEO on deal strategy and pricing. • Bring market insight back into the company to shape product and positioning. What You Bring• 7+ years of enterprise B2B sales, selling technology or infrastructure to banks and financial institutions. • At least 3 years selling crypto or digital asset solutions, such as custody, stablecoins, tokenization, crypto trading or brokerage, on/off-ramps or blockchain infrastructure. This is a must. • A track record of closing deals with tier-1 or tier-2 banks or major financial institutions, with six-figure annual contract values or higher. • Experience navigating long, regulated buying processes: RFPs, vendor risk assessments, InfoSec reviews, and compliance and legal sign-off. • An active network of senior decision-makers at banks and financial institutions in Europe, the Middle East or Asia. • A solid understanding of the digital asset regulatory landscape, including MiCA, the Travel Rule and AML/KYC requirements. • Credibility with C-level and senior banking stakeholders, and excellent written and spoken English. • Willingness to travel internationally. Nice to Have• Experience at a digital asset custody, tokenization, stablecoin or exchange infrastructure provider, or in a bank's digital assets unit. Why CRYMBO?• Sell a product that tier-1 banks are actively asking for, at a time when MiCA and new US regulation have made digital assets a board-level priority. • Work directly with our founder and CEO, who spent 15 years in TradFi at HSBC, Goldman Sachs and Barclays. • Own the largest deals in the company and help build our enterprise sales function.
