About the role
A leading defense technology company is seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead and expand its business activities in the Israeli defense market.
The role involves developing business with the IDF, Ministry of Defense, Israeli defense companies, UAV/UAS vendors, and system integrators. The Director of Sales will build relationships with senior decision-makers and lead complex sales processes from opportunity identification through closing.
Requirements
5+ years of sales or business development experience in the Israeli defense industry
Proven experience working with and closing deals with the IDF, Ministry of Defense, and Israeli defense companies
Strong network within the Israeli defense ecosystem
Experience managing tenders, procurement processes, demonstrations, and field trials
Strong ability to present and sell complex technological solutions
