About the role
We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to join a growing technology company operating in the energy sector.
This is a hands-on, field-oriented role for someone with strong experience in complex B2B sales, combining direct sales to industrial customers with the development and management of business partners and distribution channels.
What you'll do
Lead end-to-end B2B sales processes with industrial and manufacturing customers – from lead generation and needs assessment through proposal and deal closing
Work directly with Operations, Infrastructure, and Finance decision-makers
Build clear business and financial value propositions based on customer needs and operational data
Develop and manage distribution channels and business partners
