We are looking for an experienced Flight Control Engineer to join our Algorithms team and lead the flight control domain across our autonomous drone platform. In this role, you'll develop advanced control algorithms at the intersection of robotics, aerodynamics and autonomous systems, enabling safe and autonomous flight in complex real-world environments.
What you'll do
Design, implement and improve flight control and guidance algorithms for autonomous drone systems
Develop and optimize control loops running onboard the aircraft in real-time environments
Take algorithms from concept and simulation through flight testing and production deployment
Own the full lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing, tuning, deployment and ongoing production improvements
