We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and innovative Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Recruitment team.

Managing a full recruitment cycle end-to-end (including in-depth HR interviews)
Working closely with the hiring teams and becoming their trusted recruitment partner
Recommending effective and tailor-made recruiting strategies, targeting leaders and managers; supporting and coaching them to make the right hiring decisions aligned with our business needs.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner at a tech company, working closely with R&D teams;
Extensive full life-cycle recruiting experience, from A to Z;
A strong multitasker, with a passion for working a fast paced environment
Close familiarity with a wide array of sourcing strategies and tools;
Great interpersonal and communication skills, and, of course, a head-to-toe team player
A creative thinker that will bring new and innovative solutions to the table;
Fluent in English (i.e.-reading, writing and speaking)
