We are looking for a Senior AI Software Engineer to join a large financial organization.
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end development of AI/GenAI systems based on LLMs and agent frameworks like LangGraph, driving solutions from the prototyping stage all the way to production.
Software Development: 8+ years of proven software development experience in production environments.
Programming Languages: Deep expertise in Python (asyncio, concurrency, Pydantic) and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Cloud Infrastructure (AWS): Extensive experience building Cloud-native systems using Docker, Kubernetes, and core AWS services (S3, Lambda). Hands-on experience managing CI/CD pipelines, system observability, data streaming, and managed queues (AWS SQS/Kafka).
System Architecture: Proven track record in designing scalable Microservices, Event-driven architectures, and distributed backend systems. Strong ability to design for high load, traffic spikes, and failure scenarios (Rate limiting, Queues, Backpressure, DLQs).
