Team8 Stealth Cyber Startup - Founding Product Lead

We are a fast-growing stealth cyber startup, backed by Team8, on a mission to solve one of the most critical challenges in the modern cyber landscape. We are looking for an exceptional Founding Product Lead to join our core team as our first product hire and shape the product from the ground up. Role description We are looking for a strong, technical product leader to own the product from zero to one: define what we build, for whom, and why. You will work shoulder to shoulder with the founders, researchers and engineers, turning deep offensive research and agentic AI capabilities into a product that customers love and pay for. This is a hands-on role in a small team, with a lot of responsibility, autonomy, and influence over the product, technical and business direction. You will set the foundations of how product is done here, from the first design partners to a repeatable, scalable product.
