Our culture is built on growth, accountability, and long‑term career development. Every team member plays a critical role in sustaining a high‑performance sales organization.
This is a sales‑first enablement role designed for someone who understands the realities of selling — quota pressure, pipeline movement, competitive intensity, and the skill gaps that hold reps back.
As the Sales Enablement Manager, you are a strategic partner to Sales leadership, embedded in the daily rhythm of the revenue organization. You will architect the programs, coaching frameworks, and field‑ready content that elevate rep performance and accelerate revenue.
You think like a seller, communicate like a sales leader, and build enablement experiences that reps actually use — because they help them win.
This is not a traditional L&D or course‑building role. If your background is primarily training operations, content administration, or instructional design without direct exposure to sales performance, this role will not be the right fit. If you’ve lived close to a sales floor, coached reps through real deals, and know how to tie enablement directly to revenue impact — you’ll thrive here.
Build and execute an enablement strategy measured by ramp time, win rate, quota attainment, save rate, and pipeline velocity — not by attendance or course completion.
Partner with Sales leadership to diagnose performance gaps and design targeted interventions that move the metrics that matter.
Equip the Revenue Team to Sell with Confidence
Develop and maintain sales playbooks, battle cards, competitive positioning, objection‑handling frameworks, and messaging guides that reps rely on in live selling situations.
Support product, plan, and pricing launches by ensuring reps are not just informed — but ready to sell from day one.
Build structured onboarding programs that accelerate time‑to‑first‑deal and establish early pipeline benchmarks.
Coach Like a Sales Leader — Not a Trainer
Use conversation intelligence platforms (e.g., Gong) to analyze real calls, identify skill patterns, and design coaching programs grounded in field reality.
Build manager‑level coaching frameworks so frontline leaders can reinforce enablement in 1:1s, deal reviews, and pipeline meetings.
Facilitate high‑energy, rep‑facing sessions — live and virtual — that feel like sales meetings, not classrooms.
Own the Enablement Ecosystem
Manage the LMS, content library, and reporting dashboards that track adoption and effectiveness — translating insights into clear recommendations for Sales leadership.
Certify and onboard internal trainers, facilitators, and partner/BPO resources through structured evaluation, teach‑backs, and technical checks.
Partner cross‑functionally with Product Marketing and Operations to ensure messaging, tools, and processes remain aligned as the business evolves.
