abra's National Supervision and Quality Assurance division is seeking a Senior PMO - Budget Controller, Accountant, and Change Committee Coordinator to join our team in Tel Aviv. We are looking for a candidate with experience in controlling final account files, consolidating materials for change committees, and providing assistance in various engineering matters, who will oversee and maintain the budget and manage control processes with contractors, utilizing SAP systems.

Controlling final account files regarding scope, amounts, and budgeting.
Working with SAP systems for budget control purposes.
Consolidating and controlling materials submitted to the company's change committees.
Assisting the secretary of the change committees (material routing, agenda setting, protocol distribution).
Editing and tracking data from committee decisions.
Assisting with various engineering issues, subject to the unit manager.

At least 5 years of experience working with contractors in the construction and/or civil infrastructure sector (as quantity surveyor, execution engineer, project manager, or similar role)
At least 5 years of experience in controlling and approving contractor accounts
Registration in the Register of Engineers and Architects or in the Register of Certified Hands-on Engineers and Technicians in one of the fields: Civil Engineering, Construction, Architecture
Experience in controlling accounts, additions, and changes
