What you'll do
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, developers, data, and monetization on designing new and existing features to improve player satisfaction and provide additional monetization opportunities
Design, monitor, balance, and lead the economy model and user experience from an economic point of view to drive players' engagement and improvements in game KPIs
Manage the economy and pricing of virtual goods, content, and currencies in the game, both free and paid, including progression, bonuses & rewards for in-game events, competitions & challenges
