What you'll do
Develop and maintain end-to-end features using PHP/Laravel and React
Work with AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, and CloudFront
Design and query MSSQL databases and optimize performance at scale
Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
Optimize application performance, SEO, and load times
Write clean, tested code and participate in code reviews
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on Full Stack development experience - Must
Strong experience with PHP and Laravel, including Eloquent, queues, and REST APIs - Must
Solid React experience, including Hooks, state management, and modern JavaScript/ES6+ - Must
Experience with MSSQL, including queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning - Must
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure - Must
Experience with CI/CD tools and workflows - Must
Ability to work across multiple codebases and manage changing priorities - Must
Nice to have
Experience with Redis/caching, CDNs, Docker, or SEO-oriented development
