About the role
We are seeking an experienced Test Systems Development Manager to lead the development of advanced Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and comprehensive testing solutions for complex multidisciplinary systems.
What you'll do
Technical Leadership
Lead ATE development activities in collaboration with subcontractors and engineering teams.
Define and establish modular test architectures for complex systems.
Lead the development and deployment of test stations for manufacturing lines and customer sites.
Oversee matrix-managed development processes, including testing, integration, and design reviews, across internal teams and subcontractors.
Drive the implementation of advanced test solutions throughout the system lifecycle.
Program & Management Responsibilities
Act as a key focal point within a business program environment, working closely with Systems Engineering, Software, Hardware, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Customers.
Lead the development and integration of advanced test stations from concept through deployment.
Manage multidisciplinary engineering activities with a strong execution-oriented approach.
Work in a matrix organization under the guidance of a Project Manager.
Manage subcontractors, work plans, schedules, and project deliverables.
Requirements
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the specification, design, and development of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) systems.
Minimum 3 years of experience leading multidisciplinary engineering activities in a complex environment.
At least 2 years of experience managing customer and subcontractor interfaces, including preparation and execution of work plans.

Experience managing subcontractors in defense or military projects
Background as a Technician or Practical Engineer in troubleshooting and maintaining advanced complex systems
