We’re Hiring – Priority Implementer / Support Specialist
We are looking for a Priority Implementer / Support Specialist to join our team and support business users and processes within the Priority ERP system.
What you'll do
Provide ongoing support to Priority users and address business needs.
Analyze, improve and optimize business processes within the Priority system.
Identify system issues and provide effective, systemic solutions.
Lead end-to-end projects, from requirements gathering and specification through implementation.
Train end users and implement new processes.
Create and maintain user guides and training materials.
Work with various interfaces between information systems and support cross-system processes.
Requirements
1–2 years of hands-on experience implementing Priority ERP – required.
Strong Excel skills – required.
Completion of a Priority Implementation course – required.
Strong self-learning abilities, process-oriented thinking, excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of service orientation.
