What you'll do
Liaising with domestic and international suppliers to obtain and compare price quotes.
Negotiating with suppliers to improve procurement terms.
Issuing purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
Managing inventory, including placing reorders as needed.
Working with ERP/SAP systems for procurement and inventory management.
Supporting the company's import/export operations.
Tracking and documenting invoices and payments.
Collaborating with various departments within the organization.
Requirements
At least 3 years of prior experience in a similar role at a global company.
Proven negotiation skills.
Familiarity with ERP/SAP systems for procurement and inventory management.
Proficiency in working in a computerized environment and using MS Office applications.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
High level of precision, orderliness, and organizational skills.
