A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As an FP&A Analyst at Ophir Optronics, you will play a key role in supporting financial planning, forecasting, business partnering, reporting, and strategic decision support across a global manufacturing organization
Working closely with Finance and business leaders, you will help drive financial visibility, improve decision-making, and support the achievement of strategic and operational goals
This position reports to the Finance Manager and offers significant exposure to senior management, global operations, and cross-functional business teams

Supporting annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes
Preparing monthly management reporting packages and presenting financial insights and key business drivers
Supporting manufacturing and operational finance activities, including inventory management, costing analysis, productivity initiatives, and gross margin optimization
Partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, and Commercial teams to improve business performance
Collaborating with Accounting teams to ensure accurate reporting and support SOX compliance requirements
Driving process improvements, reporting automation, and data quality initiatives
Supporting management reviews and executive presentations
Skills You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, Controlling, Corporate Finance, or a Big 4 accounting firm
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow professionally

Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes
Knowledge of inventory accounting, costing, and gross margin analysis
Experience working with SAP ERP systems
Experience with Power BI or other BI/reporting tools
CPA certification or prior experience in a Big 4 accounting firm – an advantage
Experience in a global organization – an advantage
