Join a dynamic environment where technology, business processes, and people come together. • Train, implement, and provide ongoing support for organizational information systems, guiding users toward effective system adoption. • Implement new technological solutions across business teams, including both internally developed and external systems. • Analyze existing workflows, identify business needs, and recommend system and process improvements. • Troubleshoot system issues in collaboration with development teams and vendors, including root cause analysis and preparation for resolution. • Work closely with users, developers, QA teams, and vendors to ensure smooth and reliable system operation. What are we looking for? • Relevant academic degree – required. • At least 2 years of experience implementing information systems in the financial domain – required. • Strong understanding of information systems, business processes, and system integrations. • Ability to drive tasks and processes across multiple stakeholders. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Independent, responsible, and proactive approach to problem-solving. • Strong training and technical support skills. • Basic SQL knowledge – an advantage.
