Responsibilities:
Consulting for FrontEnd best practices & tools
Transforming org’s from monoliths to micro-frontend architecture
Establishing coding standards across multiple development teams
Creating tech design documents from a feature descriptions
Implementing with performance, security and scalability in mind
Utilizing industry standard paradigms
Taking feature ownership from design, architecture, task breakdown, implementation and testing and production.

Requirements
7+ years of experience in Fullstack Engineering
Proficient with React and NodeJS
Fluent with REST, functional programming, TS, state management, testing, routs, Design Systems
Familiar with DI, Monorepos, micro-frontends, SSR
Proven experience working in an AI-assisted development environment, defining high-level technical goals and leveraging autonomous AI agents (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Devin-style tools) to execute multi-file implementations, while maintaining ownership of architecture, design decisions, code quality, and final validation.
Experience with GraphQL, Express, NestJS, SQL/NoSQL is a Plus.
