Quantum Source is a novel key player at the forefront of the worldwide effort towards large-scale quantum computation. We are looking for a sharp, driven Program Manager with a strong foundation in physics or engineering to lead cross-functional R&amp;D projects from conception to execution.<br>Role Overview<br>As a Program Manager at Quantum Source, you will act as the bridge between our world-class research scientists, engineers, and software teams. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex, cutting-edge technology projects on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic company milestones.<br>If you have a deep appreciation for hard physics/engineering, excel at translating ambiguous R&amp;D goals into structured execution plans, and thrive in a fast-paced deep-tech environment, we want to hear from you.<br><br><br>
