About the Role: Alvas Rubber Products Ltd. is a well-established, family-owned manufacturing plant (approx. 30 employees) specializing in engineered rubber and silicone solutions for the defense, medical, and technical industries. We are looking for a hands-on Materials Practical Engineer / Technologist to join our team. Working directly under the CEO, you will oversee quality processes on the production floor and ensure smooth operations across the planning (PP&C), cutting, and laboratory departments.
Degree as a Practical Engineer (Materials / Plastics / Mechanical / Chemistry) โ Mandatory.
Proven ability to read and understand technical drawings โ Mandatory.
Experience in a manufacturing environment (defense/medical sectors preferred).
Independent, hands-on approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
Russian speaking โ A significant advantage for communicating directly with our production and lab teams.
