So, what’s the job?
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant who enjoys bringing order to busy schedules, managing multiple tasks, and helping things run efficiently behind the scenes.
You will:
Manage complex and dynamic calendars for C-level executives, ensuring strategic prioritization and effective time management
Coordinate internal and external meetings, board meetings, investor calls, and company offsites
Act as a key liaison between executives and internal teams, leadership, investors, and external stakeholders
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion
Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including logistics and detailed itineraries
Monitor and respond to emails and correspondence on behalf of executives when needed
Anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, and ensure executives are well-prepared for all engagements
Support ongoing operational and administrative initiatives across the leadership team
Work full-time from the office and maintain high availability during business hours

1+ years of experience supporting senior executives (C-level - advantage)
Full professional proficiency in English and Hebrew (verbal and written)
Strong familiarity with Google Workspace and modern productivity tools
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Discreet, trustworthy, and professional, with strong judgment
Proactive, service-oriented, and comfortable working closely with senior leadership
