We are looking for an experienced operations professional who will manage onboarding and offboarding processes, handle billing operations, and provide operational support to customers in an AWS environment.
What you'll do
Work with AWS and Amazon’s Partner Network on day-to-day operational activities.
Support customer processes, including contracts, signatures and ongoing coordination.
Work with Salesforce and Monday to update and track opportunities and activities.
Coordinate opportunities and follow-ups with internal teams.
Support AWS partner funding programs and related processes.
Help coordinate the department’s ongoing operational activity and ensure tasks are followed through.
