We're looking for a Creative Director to define how the world discovers Oasis.
You'll turn customer insights into ideas that make people stop, imagine a different kind of home, and understand why Oasis belongs in it.
You'll work hand-in-hand with Growth, Product, and Brand to create campaigns that don't just look beautiful, they drive meaningful business growth.

Define the creative strategy behind Oasis' next stage of growth
Turn customer insights into breakthrough campaigns that build both brand and business
Create simple, emotional stories that make people want Oasis in their homes
Partner closely with Growth to continuously test, learn, and improve creative performance
Work directly with our video creators to bring ideas to life
Raise the creative bar across storytelling, copy, visual language, and execution
