As the <strong>Field Deployment Engineering (FDE) Team Lead </strong>within the Customer Solutions Architecture (CSA) team, you will lead and develop a team responsible for designing and delivering technical solutions that help customers maximize the value of Bob.<br id="isPasted">This role combines people management, technical leadership, and hands-on involvement in complex customer solutions. You will set priorities, support the team’s performance, professional growth, and career development, maintain high delivery standards, and contribute directly to strategic technical projects.<br>The role sits at the intersection of customer needs, solution architecture, integrations, and AI-assisted development. You will partner closely with customers, Customer Solutions Architects, Professional Services, Product, and Engineering to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with Bob’s platform strategy.<br>The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader with a genuine interest in people management. You may already have formal management experience or have demonstrated leadership through mentoring, technical guidance, project ownership, or supporting the development of others.<br><br>
