About the role
Yael Group is a leading group of companies in the Israeli market, providing advanced technological solutions across a wide range of domains to organizations in all sectors.
• Development and Architecture: Full-Stack development in a Salesforce environment, with an emphasis on Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), performing Technical Design for complex systems, and conducting Code Reviews to maintain code quality and performance.
• Interface Integrations: Specification, planning, and development of complex interfaces with third-party systems and organizational systems, including connecting external platforms and managing security certificates (Certificates).
• DevOps and Environment Management: Managing CI/CD processes and development in a Pipeline, preparing for and upgrading major versions, performing Environment Refreshes for Sandboxes, and maintaining/upgrading Heroku infrastructure.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Full-Stack Developer with a high level of expertise in Apex and LWC – mandatory.
Proven experience in planning and building complex integrations with external systems.
DevOps: Practical experience in managing Deployments, Pipeline processes, and version release cycles.
Willingness to provide operational support and perform Deployments during non-standard hours (evening/night hours during the week) as needed.
High analytical ability and complex problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently alongside teamwork and cross-organizational collaboration.
