We're looking for a strategic, hands-on product leader to take full ownership of Dots' product strategy, organization, and delivery.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead our entire product portfolio, build and manage a high-performing product team, and work closely with Engineering and business leadership to turn our vision into scalable products.
This is a senior leadership position with significant autonomy, decision-making authority, and direct influence on the company's direction.

As we scale, we're looking for an exceptional Head of Product to lead our product organization and drive the next stage of our growth.
Own and execute the company-wide product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Build, lead, and scale the product organization, including product management and design.
Take end-to-end accountability for product delivery, working closely with Engineering to ensure predictable execution.
Drive product innovation across our global IT management platform, employee experiences, workflow automation, and AI.
Translate customer needs, business objectives, and market opportunities into clear product priorities.
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure product investments deliver measurable business impact.
Establish strong product processes, clear ownership, performance metrics, and a culture of accountability.
Requirements
8+ years of product management experience, including significant senior leadership experience in B2B SaaS.
Proven experience building and leading product teams and managing complex, multi-product platforms.
Strong track record of owning product strategy and delivering products from vision through launch and adoption.
Deep technical understanding and experience working closely with engineering leadership.
Strong commercial judgment, with the ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-growing company.
