The role combines end-to-end project management with business systems ownership, including implementation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing support. The position requires strong business understanding and the ability to lead application-focused projects that support organizational processes and growth.
What you'll do
Lead end-to-end information systems projects from requirements through go-live and support
Manage implementation and enhancement projects for business applications (HRIS, CRM, Service Management, Digital Platforms)
Build and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Own business systems, including configuration, testing, issue resolution, and ongoing maintenance
Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technological solutions
