Our Testers & Tools multidisciplinary team is a small, agile group leading diverse projects that deliver end-to-end testing solutions. These solutions enable the seamless transition of RealSense's 3D cameras from R&D to high-volume manufacturing. Positioned at the intersection of all R&D activities, our team plays a critical role in delivering high-quality, production-ready cameras to customers worldwide.
We are seeking a talented electrical engineer to drive design, integration and evolution of our electrical test benches end-to-end.

Define tester requirement, lead design, and implement electrical test benches for board-level validation
Perform bring-up (BU), validation, and evaluation of tester boards and system
Lead bring-up of multi-disciplinary setups, including electronics, optics, mechanics, and software
Work closely with electrical system engineers and board designer to define requirements and translate them into hardware design specifications
Evaluate and select electrical components and subsystems, optimizing for performance, reliability, cost, and production readiness
Execute complex debugging, system integration tests, and cross-domain failure analysis across testers and camera systems
Partner with manufacturing, R&D, and product teams to ensure smooth transition from engineering validation to high-volume production

Practical Electrical Engineer or BSc. in Electrical Engineering, with proven hands-on experience in system-level bring-up, debugging, and cross-domain root cause analysis.
Solid understanding of analog and digital circuits, with the ability to read and interpret schematics and layouts
Must: Hands-on experience with lab equipment and measurement techniques (oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, etc.)
Knowledge of system integration methodologies
Experience working with communication protocols such as I²C / SMBus
Basic coding skills (C/C++/Python)
Independent, self-motivated, with strong analytical skills and a team-oriented mindset
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment
