DevOps Engineer

The organization pairs long-term financial stability and proven commercial deployment with mission-critical technical challenges. Located in Tel Aviv next to the train station, operating on a hybrid model with one day working from home. Role Description- • Serving as a Senior DevOps Engineer, joining the Software Engineering group to lead cloud architecture, infrastructure scalability, and developer enablement. • Acting as a technical mentor and guide for other DevOps team members, championing engineering best practices and architectural standards. • Spearheading major initiatives across Cloud Architecture, Scalability, and Cost Optimization / FinOps within AWS. • Hardening, scaling, and maintaining mission-critical On-Prem and Cloud Production environments, focusing on high availability, system resilience, comprehensive observability, and resource efficiency. • Designing and deploying robust container orchestration platforms using Kubernetes, along with modern CI/CD automation pipelines. • Architecting internal developer platforms (IDP) and automated tooling to empower software engineering squads to deploy and scale reliably and efficiently. Requirements- • 6+ years of dedicated professional experience as a DevOps Engineer – Mandatory • Deep, hands-on production expertise in AWS cloud architecture and managed services – Mandatory • Strong, practical proficiency with Kubernetes (deployment, configuration, cluster management, and maintenance) – Mandatory • Advanced technical depth working with Linux environments, internals, and system-level administration/scripting – Mandatory • Proven background in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD automation pipelines, and modern DevOps tooling – Mandatory • Demonstrated track record driving system scalability, production stability, and cloud cost optimization – Mandatory • Strong collaborative mindset, comfortable mentoring peers, taking technical ownership, and communicating fluently in technical English – Mandatory
