About the role
A successful and growing global financial company is looking for an experienced Broker to join its team in a dynamic, international, and fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
Manage ongoing relationships with clients and support their trading activities.
Execute and monitor transactions in accordance with client needs and company procedures.
Work with trading systems and financial platforms on a daily basis.
Monitor financial markets, trends, and events that may impact trading activity.
Provide professional and responsive support to clients on trading-related matters.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Trading, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Sales.
Identify commercial opportunities and additional needs among existing clients.
Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements, compliance procedures, and the company’s risk-management policies.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Broker, Dealer, Trader, or in a similar capital-markets role – required.
Strong understanding of financial markets and financial instruments.
Commercial mindset with strong client-facing and relationship-management skills.
Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent English – required.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a global team.
High level of accuracy, responsibility, and ability to perform under pressure.
