Log-On Software is looking for a Junior Social Media Manager to join our Marketing team — and no previous professional experience is required.
We're looking for someone who understands social naturally: you spot trends, have opinions about what makes content work, enjoy writing and creating, and probably already have ideas for posts before anyone asks.
What you'll do
Manage and create content for Log-On's social media channels
Write and edit content across different platforms
Spot trends and turn them into relevant brand content
Develop creative ideas for posts, Reels, Stories, and campaigns
Take part in marketing campaigns and creative projects
Work closely with the Marketing team from idea to execution
Track content performance and use insights to improve future content
Requirements
Bachelor's degree – required
Strong interest in social media, content, and digital marketing
Excellent writing and storytelling skills
Creativity, curiosity, and a good understanding of online culture
Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook
Ability to work on multiple projects and manage priorities
Motivation to learn, experiment, and develop professionally
