Finbot is a web application with a friendly client-office interface, which includes receipt of invoices and documents by email, by photo in the application, including WhatsApp, and turning them into automatic log commands.
we are looking for an Entry-level Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team
Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience
