OurCrowd is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Junior Finance Associate (Mat Leave Cover) to join the Finance team. This is a data and operations-focused role supporting the accuracy and flow of Fund, SPV and investor data across our systems.
This is a full-time, 6 – 7 month maternity leave cover, with the possibility of a permanent role for the right candidate. The role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Jerusalem office (30 Yesha'yahu Leibowitz).
What you'll do
Maintain and manage fund, SPV and investor financial data across Priority (ERP), Salesforce and internal systems.
Book financial entries, including capital calls, distributions and investment activity, accurately and on time.
Perform reconciliations between systems and accounts, and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end processes, including preparing data for reporting and audit requests.
