At least 5 years of relevant professional experience – mandatory.

Experience implementing, operating, and maintaining NICE and ACE recording systems – mandatory.

Hands-on experience managing Cisco IP Telephony environments, including CUCM and Cisco IP Phones – mandatory.

Experience configuring CUCM, SIP, Trunks, and telephony components – mandatory.

Strong knowledge of networking and communication protocols, including TCP/IP and RTP – mandatory.

Experience supporting and implementing technical projects, including technical specifications, installation, and training – mandatory.

Experience working with Windows and Linux environments – mandatory.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools – mandatory.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team – mandatory.
