We’re looking for a Payments Operations Specialist to join Okoora’s Operations team and take an active role in the day-to-day execution of payments, banking operations, and financial controls.
This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong understanding of banking or payments, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to take ownership of sensitive financial processes from start to finish.
What you'll do
Manage the day-to-day processing of customer payments and incoming funds, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
Review and validate payment instructions, including beneficiary details, bank account information, transaction amounts, and supporting documentation.
Execute domestic and international payments through Israeli and international banking systems.
Match incoming funds to customer transactions and ensure accurate allocation and recording within Okoora’s systems.
