Enterprise Sales Executive - New Business at Real Dev · Trevo
REAL is building an AI Execution Platform for real estate organizations. Today, the data required to run real estate is scattered across PDFs, spreadsheets, emails, drawings, public records, and disconnected systems, leading to preventable leakage, missed obligations, and lost opportunities.
Used by leading enterprises, REAL transforms fragmented information into connected intelligence and automated action. Our AI-powered platform helps customers improve operational accuracy, uncover financial opportunities, and make better business decisions.
We’re looking for an exceptional Enterprise Sales Executive to help build REAL’s U.S. business and drive our next stage of growth.
This is a founding sales role at REAL, with a clear focus on winning net-new enterprise customers across the U.S.
You’ll build new relationships from the ground up, open doors into some of the largest organizations in the U.S., and own complex enterprise deals from first conversation through close.
This is not an account management role. We’re looking for a true new-business builder — someone who knows how to create opportunities where none exist, navigate complex organizations, build relationships with senior executives, and turn those relationships into significant enterprise revenue.
You’ll work directly with REAL’s founders and leadership team, helping us define which customers we pursue, how we win them, and ultimately how we build a repeatable enterprise sales motion in the U.S.
If you’re excited by the opportunity to combine AI, enterprise sales, and building a market from the ground up, this is a chance to have a significant impact at an early stage.

Help shape REAL’s U.S. enterprise sales playbook based on what you learn in the market.
