This role is responsible for developing and executing global, integrated B2B marketing strategies, creating high-quality content across multiple channels to drive lead generation and strengthen brand positioning. It involves close collaboration with product management, sales, and regional teams to ensure consistent messaging and clear value propositions tailored to diverse target audiences. The position also oversees international events and external agencies while managing projects, budgets, and performance tracking through data-driven KPIs. Additionally, the role contributes to advancing digital marketing capabilities and implementing innovative approaches, including AI-driven tools, to enhance efficiency and impact.
What you’ll bring to the table
Create high-quality marketing content across all channels, including press releases, technical articles, web content, and campaign materials
Conceptualize, plan, and execute global, integrated marketing campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation and brand positioning
Develop target audience–specific content tailored to different markets and applications
Support product management and sales teams in defining clear value propositions and messaging
Plan and manage international trade shows, conferences, and customer events, including content development
Collaborate closely with regional marketing and sales teams to ensure a consistent global brand and communication strategy
Manage external agencies (design, communications, digital) and oversee projects and budgets
Analyze and report on marketing performance, deriving actionable optimization measures based on KPIs
Contribute to the continuous improvement of digital marketing activities, processes, and tools
Actively support the development and execution of the global brand strategy and ensure adherence to corporate identity guidelines
Identify and implement new marketing approaches and technologies (e.g., AI, automation)
What you’ll bring to the table
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies
Several years of relevant professional experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a technology-driven environment
Excellent written and editorial skills in English (German is a plus)
Strong sense for visual communication, design, and brand management
Proven experience managing international marketing projects and external agencies
Solid understanding of technical products and complex commercial environments
Experience with integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns (online and offline)
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Practical experience leveraging AI tools for content creation, analysis, and efficiency improvement
Strong analytical mindset with experience in KPI tracking, reporting, and data-driven marketing optimization
High level of initiative, structured working style, and strong teamwork and communication skills
Experience working in international environments with strong intercultural competence
Willingness to travel internationally on an occasional basis
