Senior Front-End Engineer
R&D Team | Reports to CTO | Tel Aviv (On-site)
We are looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer to join our R&D team and take a key role in building and evolving the React-based web application that powers our primary product.
This is a hands-on engineering role with real ownership, strong influence on technical decisions, and a clear path to grow into a team lead position. You’ll work closely with other engineers and designers in a highly collaborative, fast-moving environment.
What you'll do
Design, build, and maintain a production-grade React + TypeScript web application
Implement features end-to-end, from UI logic to integration with backend services • Take ownership of major frontend areas and contribute to frontend architecture decisions
Write high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code
Improve performance, reliability, and overall user experience
Conduct code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices • Collaborate closely with other engineers and designers in tight, day-to-day teamwork
Influence technical direction and help shape the future of the frontend stack
What we’re looking for
Strong experience building complex web applications with React and TypeScript • Solid understanding of modern frontend architecture, patterns, and best practices • Experience owning features or systems end-to-end in production environments • High standards for code quality, performance, and maintainability • Comfortable working in a fast-paced R&D environment
