Implementation Engineer (Customer-Facing)

Who We’re Looking For - The Dream Maker We’re looking for an Implementation Engineer who loves solving integration problems - and wants to own the whole customer journey, not just the technical ticket. At Chargeflow, you’ll take new merchants from contract signature to go-live. You’ll get into the APIs, webhooks, and data flows yourself when something breaks, and you’ll be the person the customer trusts to get them live - running the project, leading the calls, and keeping every team in sync. This is a customer-facing role for a technical person: part integration engineer, part project lead. You’ll handle Enterprise implementations end to end, support complex SMB integrations, and help shape how onboarding scales at Chargeflow. The role starts as a hands-on individual contributor, with the opportunity to build and lead the onboarding team as the function grows. About Chargeflow Chargeflow is a leading force in fintech innovation, tackling chargeback fraud and the impact it has on online businesses. Born from a deep passion for technology and eCommerce, we’ve developed an AI-driven solution that helps merchants manage credit card disputes, recover lost revenue, and protect their businesses through a unique success-based model. Backed by $49M from Viola Growth, OpenView, Sequoia Capital, and other top-tier global investors, Chargeflow is on a product-led growth journey. We’re a tight-knit team of passionate builders and entrepreneurs, united by our mission to revolutionize eCommerce and protect online businesses from chargeback fraud. What You’ll Own Own the technical side of every implementation - troubleshoot API and webhook issues, investigate data flows, and resolve integration problems before escalating to Engineering. Take Enterprise customers from contract signature through go-live and first value, as their primary point of contact. Build and run implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and risks across several customers in parallel. Lead customer calls with both technical teams and executive stakeholders. Support complex SMB integrations and act as the escalation point for onboarding blockers. Work hands-on with Chargeflow’s payment ecosystem - Stripe, Shopify Payments, PayPal, Adyen, and other payment providers. Turn repeated integration issues into better documentation, tooling, and automation. Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success, and feed what you see in the field back into the product.
