About the RoleEMG-Soft is hiring a C++ Software Engineer for an advanced defense project in the Krayot area. This position is open to degree graduates with hands-on C++ development experience who are looking to work on complex, mission-critical systems integrating software, communications, and system testing.
Key Responsibilities• Develop, maintain, and optimize production-grade C++ code.
• Perform system integration, bug fixing, and hands-on testing of complex platforms.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements• Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering (Graduates only).
• Min 3 years of CPP work experience
• University / Technion graduates: GPA 80+
• College graduates: GPA 90+
• Experience: Proven professional experience in C++ development.
• Security Clearance: Must be eligible for Israeli security clearance.
• Work Setup: Full-time, 60% On-Site
Nice to Have• Hands-on scripting experience in Python.
• Knowledge of networking, communication protocols, or system-level integration.
• Prior experience in the defense sector or regulated tech environment
Location: Haifa Area (60% On-Site, 5 days/week)
