Rail Vision is seeking a Global Sales Director to lead the company’s worldwide sales activities, drive expansion into new markets, and manage strategic accounts within the railway sector.
Key Responsibilities
Lead global sales activities across international markets
Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities, independently generating a strong pipeline and converting leads into closed deals.
Manage and execute complex sales processes, including contracts and tenders
Identify, recruit, and manage overseas agents and business partners
Represent the company at international conferences, exhibitions, and business travel engagements
Work closely with Business Development Representatives (BDRs)
Collaborate cross-functionally with project management, product, engineering, and marketing teams

5+ years B2B international sales experience in startups - mandatory
Strong technical orientation with multidisciplinary products
Background in rail, safety systems, or smart transportation
Fluent English; additional languages an advantage
Familiarity with HubSpot CRM
