As a Senior Full Stack Engineer on our Credit/Terms team, you'll play a key role in building the systems that power our infrastructure. While the role is primarily backend-focused, you'll have the opportunity to contribute across the stack, influence technical direction, and take ownership of initiatives that align with your expertise and interests.

Own the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and design to deployment and monitoring, with a primary focus on backend systems.
Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations.
Develop reliable, low-latency payment services that support a growing production environment.
Collaborate closely with Product,Risk, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver impactful features in an Agile environment.
Drive architectural discussions and influence technical decisions across the team.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues while continuously improving system performance and reliability.
Mentor fellow engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.

5+ years of experience in server-side development (Node.js is strongly preferred).
Experience with frontend development using React or a similar framework.
Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
Experience working with production-scale databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB, including optimization and performance tuning.
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including Serverless, Kubernetes, and Docker.
Solid understanding of RESTful API design and modern service-oriented architectures.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
Take ownership of technical initiatives beyond your day-to-day responsibilities, such as infrastructure improvements, developer tooling, AI adoption, platform enhancements, security, or other engineering challenges that move the organization forward.
