This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical ownership and people management, with responsibility for test development, silicon characterization, wafer-level testing, production test and manufacturing readiness.

Requirements
Significant hands-on experience in IC Test
Experience with wafer-level testing
Practical experience with ATE systems and automated testing
Experience in silicon characterization, test development, debugging and optimization
Experience leading Test Engineering activities and/or managing Test Engineers
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or related field
Strong technical leadership and hands-on approach
