Job Description
About the role
Head of GTM – U.S. Expansion
Shape the way people find love.
Mylo is an AI-driven matchmaking platform that is redefining online dating by focusing on deep compatibility and intentional connection rather than superficial swiping. As an active, personal AI matchmaker, mylo uses adaptive intelligence to understand personality, values, and relationship intent to help people form meaningful relationships.
Are you ready to help millions more people fall in love? mylo isn't just another dating app. It's an AI matchmaker built to find love—and after proving it works in Israel, we need a Head of GTM to lead our charge into the U.S., market by market. Dating is broken. Together, we're fixing it.
Based in the heart of Tel Aviv, we're a dynamic startup with big dreams and an even bigger mission. We've had a highly successful launch and are gearing up for a massive U.S. expansion. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you won't just be running a playbook; you'll be deciding which cities and states get to meet mylo next, and how.
What you'll do
Own the Rollout: Take mylo's state-by-state U.S. expansion from our early markets into the next wave, deciding which states and cities we enter next and in what order.
Turn Data Into Strategy: Use market sizing, CPC benchmarks, and UA performance data across all 50 states to prioritize beachhead cities and set realistic targets for each new market.
Shape Positioning Per Market: Adapt mylo's story for U.S. audiences — including gaps in the female-audience experience our research has already surfaced — without losing the core “conversation over swiping” positioning.
Own the Advisory Network: Manage mylo's outside GTM and product advisors, turning informal input into a structured part of the roadmap.
Partner Across the Company: Work with UA, product, and leadership to align channel mix, pricing, and entity/compliance decisions with the broader U.S. strategy.
Requirements
Experienced: 5+ years in GTM, growth, or market-expansion roles, ideally having taken a consumer product into a new country or region.
A Builder, Not Just a Planner: You've written the strategy and then rolled up your sleeves to execute it — not just handed off a deck.
Data-Informed & Growth-Obsessed: Comfortable working from CPC benchmarks, cohort data, and UA performance actuals to make market-prioritization calls, not gut feel.
Gen AI Savvy: You understand what makes mylo's AI matchmaking genuinely different, and know how to explain that to a new market without falling back on generic dating-app language.
A Startup Operator: You take extreme ownership, prioritize speed, and navigate ambiguity with ease in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points: Experience specifically expanding a dating, marketplace, or social product into the U.S. from abroad, or prior exposure to U.S. entity and compliance questions (state licensing, Delaware incorporation, data privacy).
Work Setup & Perks
Location: Hybrid position based out of our office in the heart of Tel Aviv.
Impact: High ownership, a competitive salary, and a dynamic team environment where you will shape mylo's growth from the ground up.
Mission: Work on a product with real emotional depth, cultural relevance, and the power to change lives.
